Overview
When Khoros Care is integrated with Khoros Communities (Classic or Aurora), file attachments added to Community forum posts (for example, PDFs, docs, ZIPs) are not displayed in the Khoros Care conversation. Only in-line images are supported, and non-image attachments are not ingested into Care.
To view or download an attached file, open the original Community post from within Care and access the attachment directly in Community.
Solution
To address the issue of missing file attachments in Khoros Care conversations, follow these steps:

Access the Original Community Post:
- Navigate to the Care conversation where the attachment is missing.
- Use the Permalink option/icon in the Care conversation to open the original Community post in its native channel.

View or Download Attachments:
- Once in the Community post, view or download the attachments directly from there.
Note: This behavior is expected due to current integration limitations. Non-image attachments are not supported in Care, and users must access the original post for full attachment visibility.
